The Duffy Collins Organ Transplant Foundation was created to provide assistance to organ transplant recipients with medical bills not covered under insurance, the cost of anti-rejection drugs and other expenses associated with the organ transplant process.
The Foundation accepts donations from individuals and businesses.
Fundraisers are held periodically, and the foundation applies for grants from other organizations and government agencies to help increase available funds for its cause.
